Shipping and delivery
We ship to Australia and the USA. Shipping for 1-3 games is AUD$15 (includes GST). Shipping for 4 or more games is AUD$25 (includes GST).
Delivery to other countries coming soon.

We ship using ShipBob and their affiliate partners. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery time can vary based on the destination and current workload. The average time is typically between 2-7 business days for delivery. Please allow extra time for public holidays, weekends and especially during busy holiday periods.

Returns and refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - sealed with its original stickers.
To start a return, contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Joey Games will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If everything is in order, we will process a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If it is reasonably believed that a transaction is fraudulent the transaction will be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Missing components
If your game arrives and is missing any components, contact us and we will send you replacements free of charge. Please contact us.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your package arrives damaged, the order you received is incorrect or if the item is defective please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Lost or stolen packages
Joey Games is not responsible for any lost, missing or stolen packages once our fulfilment partner has provided us with confirmation of delivery to the address provided.
